How quickly can a technician reach me?
Most visits happen the same day. In Tuwaiq and nearby districts we usually arrive within 60 minutes of your call.
Do you charge for checking the AC?
There is a small visit charge for diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, it is included in the final price.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every repair has a 90-day warranty on labour and on the parts we fit.

Can I pay after the work is done?
Yes. You pay once the unit is fixed and tested in front of you, by cash, mada card or bank transfer.
